Shipping Policy
At KD Design, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout your purchasing journey.
Processing Time
Standard Orders: All orders are prepared and processed within 1 business day following payment confirmation.
Custom and Large Orders: These may require additional processing time based on order specifications. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Regarding Orders
Unless Otherwise Agreed Upon Or Requested, All Orders Will Be Shipped Via UPS Or USPS And A Tracking Number For The Package Will Be Provided Via Email After The Order Is Shipped. The Customer Will Be Responsible For All Shipping Costs And Will Be Included In Pricing On The Final Invoice.
What is the refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If there’s an issue, contact us within 5 days of receiving your orders at kddesignprints@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution for you.

Order Modification Policy
Requests To Modify Or Change An Order Once The Order Has Been Placed Will Be Handled On A Case By Case Basis. We Will Make Every Effort To Accommodate Requests To Modify The Type, Color, Sizes, Or Number Of Garments, However Due To Various Factors (Garment Availability, Printing Process, Etc.) We Will Not Be Able To Accommodate All Requests.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Cancelled Or Modified 5 Business Days Prior To The Agreed Upon Delivery Date Will Not Be Subject To Any Cancellation Penalties. Orders Cancelled 3-5 Business Days Prior To The Agreed Upon Deliver Date Will Be Subject To A $50 Cancellation Penalty. Requests To Cancel An Order 3 Business Days Or Less Before The Agreed Upon Delivery Date Will Be Handled On A Case By Case Basis And Cannot Be Guaranteed. Requests To Cancel Within This Time Frame Will Be Reviewed Based On How Far The Order Is In The Production Process And Will Be Subject To A Minimum Cancellation Fee Of $50 And A Maximum Of $100. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled Once The Printing Process Has Begun.
